My order did show up on time, which I appreciated, but I kind of regret not being more cautious about the packaging. The box arrived dented, and the item inside barely had any protection around it. Luckily nothing was completely ruined, but for the price, I really expected it to be packed with more care.

"They still have some cool stuff..."
They still have some cool stuff, and I don’t want to take away from that. But lately the brand just doesn’t feel as genuine to me. It used to seem like there was a real purpose behind it, and now it feels more like they’re trying to sell an image. I just value honesty and authenticity, so it’s a little disappointing.
"Not really my style"
This just wasn’t for me. The layout looks messy, and I had a hard time browsing through everything without getting frustrated. I expected a much smoother experience, so I’d really appreciate some kind of refund or credit to make up for it.

"Looks fine, but not comfortable"
I really wanted to like this shirt, but the fabric just feels rough against my skin. Kind of stiff too. Not something I’d want to wear all day. I washed it hoping it would soften up, but not much changed. For the price, I expected it to feel a lot better. Looks okay. Comfort-wise though, disappointing

"Sizing was totally off"
I ordered the size I normally wear, but this thing fit super small, like not even close. The sleeves were weirdly long too, so the whole fit just felt all wrong. I tried to make it work for a minute, but yeah, no. Ended up returning it

"Got the wrong color"
I ordered a shirt in one color and ended up getting a different one. Shipping was totally fine, so no issue there, but the order accuracy missed the mark. Not the end of the world, but it’s definitely annoying having to sort out something that should’ve been right the first time

I emailed them twice and I’m 100% sure nobody even tried to help me. Not a single useful response, nothing. Easily one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had.

"Quality wasn’t worth it, and no one followed up"
I was disappointed. It felt cheap right out of the box, and it started wearing out way faster than I expected. I reached out hoping someone would at least follow up or offer some kind of help, but I never heard anything back. Not really worth the money in my opinion

"Looks nice, but didn’t laaast"
I really liked the look of this jacket when I got it, the style is cute and it fit well. But for the price, I expected it to hold up better. After just a few months of regular wear, some of the stitching started coming loose and the fabric looked worn out way sooner than I thought it would. It’s not absolutely terrible or anything, but I was deeeefinitely hoping it would last longer. Customer service was fine, so no complaints there, just kind of disappointed with the overall quality.

"Nice vibe, but the site could be easier"
A friend recommended this site to me, it does look really cool when you first land on it. The brand has a good vibe, but actually shopping was more annoying than I expected. Some pages loaded a little slowly, and I felt like I had to click around way too much just to find basic things like sizing or product details.
It was especially a bit clunky on my phone, with a few menus that weren’t super clear. I still like the overall style and would probably check it again, but the site definitely needs to be smoother and easier to use. Not a bad experience, just kind of frustrating.

"Nice gear, but the checkout was annoying"
I ordered a shirt and a hat from Iron & Air, and the stuff is nice. The fabric doesn’t feel cheap, the stitching looked clean, and shipping was fine overall.
That said, for what they charge, I kind of expected a bit more. It feels like you’re definitely paying for the style and the brand name as much as the actual items. Also, the repeated verification during checkout was irritating, I felt like I had to prove I was a real person more than once just to buy a shirt and hat.
I don’t regret the order, but I’d probably wait for a sale next time. If you really like their look, it’s worth checking out, but if you’re mainly trying to get the best value, it might feel a little overpriced
